So break has ended, and it is officially the second day back at school. This morning I had a counseling appointment to schedule classes for next year. It started at 7:15am… I didn’t get out until 7:42am. My counselor is quite long-winded.
This New Year has been quite… interesting to say the least. There have been some drastic changes in my life since break started. One in particular seemingly for the worst, but I’m coping.
It’s FINALLY almost break! (3 days and 4 hours left of school)
I have one day (I don’t know what particular day) planned out to:
1) go sledding
2) build a snow person
3) pop some corn and warm up some hot chocolate
and 4) watch a movie
that’ll be my special “be a kid” day.
So last Thursday and Friday I had the flu… One of the most vial diseases EVER.
I spent that and most of my weekend towing around a garbage can… o_0
Now I have a lot of work to catch up on…
I am SO not ready to be back at school… but the plus-side?
13 more school days and we get a TWO week break! ^_^
BTW – Female body builders are disgusting (though I respect their determination and commitment to their sport)
So it has finally snowed. Not just a slight sprinkle, but a down pouring of those soft little flakes that clump up and make it a heck of a time to shovel…

Today… Well this morning, the phone rang at 3AM. It was my brother on the phone telling my mom how his wife is in labor. Of course I was sleeping and right after the phone rang my enormous dog burst into my room in excitement scaring the bah-geebers out of me.
My mom left soon after to go pick up their first born son, Ethan, and when she got there my brother was just walking around while my sister-in-law was in pain with contractions every 3 minutes… My mom screamed at him to move his “butt” and get out the door.
As of now… I’m just waiting for my new niece to arrive.
